Tim and Courtney at SERVPRO were so helpful to me and guided me through the whole process of having unwelcome water damage repaired! There was no limit to the patience that they had with me and I love the results. Fantastic Job!!!

We discovered a “hidden” leak behind the wall where our fridge connects to the water line which had been causing damage for a long time (unknown to us). The sump pump in my basement failed and the basement flooded. Tim Hooper at SERVPRO was expeditious in his response to my problem and providing solution options. Tim Hooper and his assistant Christian provided tremendous service within just a few hours of my call. The damage would have been much worse had they not come out. They dried everything out, moved junk, and tore out water logged walls and carpet. Although I hope to never have to use SERVPRO again, I will not hesitate should the need arise!
